THIS INCLUDES STEPPARENTS, AUNTS, UNCLES, FRIENDS, BROTHERS, SISTERS, ETC. IF YOU ARE A LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE MINOR RIDER THEN YOU MUST SHOW PROOF OF GUARDIANSHIP. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE AND IS FOR THE SAFETY OF THE RIDER.
